Beef & Green Enchiladas

Sauce: 1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg (8oz) sour cream
1 can (4oz) chopped green chiles

Enchiladas: Tortillas (10-15 pkg)
Chopped onion
Grated cheese
Goound Beef (1-2 lbs)

Brown hamburger & drain. Heat tortillas
(one at a time) in boiling water with chili
powder added. Fill with onions,
cheese & ground beef. Roll and place in
shallow dish. Mix soups, sour sream & green
chilies in sauce pan & heat. Pour over
enchiladas & top with grated cheese. Bake
about 20 min. at 350°.
