Crunchy Beef-Noodle Bake


1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped (about 1 cup)
1 can (10¾ oz.) condenced cream of chicken soup
1 can (4 oz.) mushroom stems & pieces, undrained
¾ cup milk
1 small green bell pepper, chopped (about ½ cup)
½ cup sliced pitted ripe olives
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. pepper
2½ cups uncooked egg noodles (About 5 oz.) cooked
& drained
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar or American cheese (4 oz.)
1 cup chow mein noodles
½ cup mixed salted nuts

Cook round beef & onion in 10"
skillet, stiring frequently, until beef is
brown; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients
except cheese, noodles & nuts.
Pour into ungreased 2-qt. casserole dish.
Cover and bake in 350° oven 50 min. Top with noodles
& nuts. Bake uncovered for to min.
Sprinkle with cheese.
