Beef Sausage Rolls


1 cup soft bread crumbs (about 2 slices)
1 small stock celery, chopped (about ¼ cup)
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/8 tsp. groound sage
1/8 tsp. dried thyme leaves
½ lb. bulk pork sausage
4 beef cube steaks (about 3 oz. each)
1 can (10¾ oz.) cream of mushroom soup
¼ cup water
1 pkg. (9 oz.) frozen French-style green beans, thawed

Mix the bread crumbs, celery, onion, sage & thyme. Cook
pork sausage in 10" skillet over medium heat, stirring
frequently, until brown, drain. Stir sausage into bread
crumbs mixture. Press about ¼ cup sausage mixture evenly
onto each beef steak. Roll up, beginning at short side;
secure with toothpicks. Place meat rolls in ungreased
1½ qt. casserole. Mix soup & water; pour into casserole
around meat rolls. Cover & bake in 350° oven about 45 min.
or until meat rolls are tender. Top with green beans.
cover & bake about 10 min. or until beans are hot.
Serve sauce with meal rolls and beans.
