Carrot Cake

2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1½ cups cooking oil
4 eggs
3 cups grated carrots
1 cup chopped nuts

Combine all ingredients; mix thoroughly.
Pour into greased & floured 11 x 13" pan.
Bake at 325-350° for 40-45 min.

Frosting
1 stick margarine
8 oz. cream cheese
1 box confectioners sugar
3 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans

Mix all ingredients & frost cool cake.
