Cheese Balls
Ingredients -
1 pkg. mild Cheddar cheese
1 pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese
1 large pkg. cream cheese
1 large pkg. Swiss cheese
1 pkg. Bleu cheese
1 pkg. Mozzarella
1 small onion - minced
1 tablespoon worchestershire sauce
1/2 cup chopped pecans or parsley
Directions -
Grate solid cheese on grater or cut into small pieces, let stand
to room
temperature. Blend together on medium speed or mix together by
hand. Add
onion and worchestershire sauce. Form into 1 large ball or couple
of small
balls (as desired) roll on either pecans or parsley, wrap in foil
and chill.
