Chocolate Chip Crater Cake

2 cups buttermilk baking mix
¼ cup sugar
2/3 cups milk
1 egg
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
1 cup Hershey's Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Heat oven to 350°. Grease square pan, 8x8x2"
In large mixer bowl combine baking mix,
sugar, milk, egg, & vanilla, beat on low
speed until moistened. Beat 2 min. on medium speed
until smooth. Pour batter into prepared pan.
Sprinkle chips over batter in pan. Top with remaining
batter, completely covering chips. Sprinkle Topping mix
evenly over batter. Bake 25 to 30 min. or until top
springs back when touched lightly. Cool completely.
Cut into squares.

Topping Mix
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
1/4 cup buttermilk baking mix
1/4 cup butter or margarine, soften
1 tbsp. ground cinnamin
