Irish Coffee


1½ tsp. sugar
1 jigger Irish whiskey
hot strong black coffee
whipped cream

Into 6 or 8 oz. stemmed glass or coffee cup,
measure sugar & Irish whiskey. Add hot coffee to
fill glass to within ½" of top; stir to dissolve
sugar completely. Top with a spoonful of whipped
cream; do not stir. Sip coffee through cream.
