Sirloin Beef Tips

2 lb. sirloin beef tips
¼ cup margarine
¾ cup cooking sherry
2 cans mushroom soup
½ cup chopped onion
½ cup water

Cut beef into bite-size pieces. In a skillet, brown
beef in margarine. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and
cook over low heat for 2 hours or until tender. Serve
over rice.
