Broccoli Casserole

Here are the ingredients:
2 - bags chopped frozen broccoli (has to be frozen- works better
2 - cans of fried onion rings (large)
1- medium onion - chopped
1- large can or bottle of mushrooms
1- medium jar of chopped pimentos (or 2 small -will do )
2- cans of golden creme of chicken mushroom soup
( I prefer Campbell's- do not dilute )
1/4 to 1/2 cup of milk - whole or 2% will do
1 - can of Creme of Celery soup ( again do not dilute)
1 or 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine (I prefer margarine)
1 - 16oz. bag - approx. 2-3 cups (if you are a cheese lover -then you
can do a little more but don't over do )

Chop up onion and sauté with mushrooms until lightly transparent -
set aside. Cook Broccoli according to pkg. and drain well.
In a large bowl, add sauté onions and mushrooms pimentos, Broccoli,
all soups, onion rings ( save a few to put on top ) and cheese.
After all ingredients have been added; taste and season with fresh
ground black pepper - if you don't have a pepper mill then store bought
ground Black Pepper will do and salt. Add and stir all together then
taste again for correct salt and pepper tastes. Put in a Casserole Dish
or baking pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes - just enough to melt cheese and
blend flavors together.

Optional - Slivered Almonds may be added to the top prior to baking.
