Savory Roast Beef Sandwiches
A quick lunch or dinner.


Prep: 15 minutes
Servings: Makes 8 sandwiches
1 24-inch baguette
1 lb. thinly sliced deli roast beef or sliced heat-and-serve beef tri-tip




Split baguette lengthwise. Line bottom half with sliced beef.
Spoon favorite topping, such as prepared creamy horseradish sauce, mayo, or mustard, evenly over beef.
Close sandwich and cut into 8 equal pieces.
