Lemon-Rosemary Rub
Try this rub for a gourmet flavor.


Prep: 5 minutes
Servings: Makes enough to season 2 lbs. of beef.
1-1/2 tsp. grated lemon zest
1 tsp. dried rosemary leaves, crushed
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves
1/4 tsp. coarse ground black pepper
2 large cloves garlic, minced




Combine all ingredients. Mix until well blended.
Rub evenly over the surface of your favorite steaks for grilling.
