Coffee Mint Frost
(Makes 2 to 3 servings)
2 cups milk
4 teaspoons TASTER'S CHOICE® 100% Pure Instant Coffee*
4 large scoops vanilla ice cream
1 cup ice cubes
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1/8 teaspoon peppermint extract

PLACE milk and Taster's Choice in blender; cover. Blend until coffee is
disolved. Add ice cream, ice, sugar and peppermint extract; blend until
smooth. Serve immediately.

*For a richer taste, try TASTER'S CHOICE® Gourmet Roast, or for a soothing
cup use Taster's Choice Decaffeinated.
